An established accident management company identified as one of London Stock Exchange's 1000 Companies to inspire Britain is looking to recruit a Bodily Injury Claims Handler to join their Chester office.
As a Bodily Injury Claims Handler, you will work actively and effectively to process accident claims as part of the company's claims management procedures.
Your duties will include thoroughly investigate each claim to ensure accuracy of information and verification of facts in order to establish liability. Identifying potential fraudulent cases and liaising with the relevant parties to combat fraud. You will be able to pro-actively manage Third Party claims to ensure MOJ dropout is kept to a minimum, negotiating between the policy holder and third party solicitors to achieve the best outcome for our client. This will require professional liaison with all relevant parties such as repairing garages and third party insurers. Production of ABI payment packs with accuracy and submit to the third party insurers for recovery adhering to regulatory timescales and guidelines.
To be considered you must have a passion, drive and a can do attitude to make a difference combined with a high level of organisational skills, excellent communication and rapport skills. Previous customer service experience is essential, bodily injury experience is desirable as is knowledge of RTA claims process. However, experience of Stage 1 and 2 is required.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
