This is a rare opportunity for an employment solicitor with around 1-4 years PQE to join an expanding law firm based close to the Hampshire / Surrey border and in a picturesque market town.
The firm offers advice in most areas of law in particular employment, civil litigation, private client, debt recovery and company commercial. They feel that their success is largely due to their ethos of always putting the client first – this means, for example, meeting people out of office hours or going out to visit them rather than the other way round. Thus, whilst they are looking to recruit a lawyer with good academics and experience, as important is to find someone who has strong interpersonal skills and will understand the need to offer a high quality service to clients.
You will have an interesting mix of work and clients, and will advise on all areas of employment law including: Contracts of Employment, Disciplinary and Grievance procedures, Unfair Dismissal, Restrictive Covenants, Injunctive Relief, Data Protection matters and Discrimination and Equality issues.
You have the opportunity to work flexible hours – possibly 2-3 days a week - and the chance to join a firm which is expanding and is based in delightful offices with easy access to the A3.
