JOB TITLE: Ombudsman

This new and exciting opportunity will allow you to play a key role within a team of experienced legal professionals. If you are customer facing individual who has gained exceptional customer experience skills and have a passion for problem solving, then this role would be ideal for you. You will be responsible for resolving disputes, assessing evidence, conciliate whilst running a caseload upwards of 100 complex cases. You day to day tasks will include however, not be limited to giving accurate legal advice on consumer law, complaint management and taking part in both internal and external training workshops.
The successful Ombudsman will have gained a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a customer-facing role, with proven legal skills and solid knowledge of current consumer and contract law. You will have excellent academics and the ability to prioritise work and effectively reaching quick decisions. The appointed Ombudsman with have exceptional customer service skill, outstanding attention to detail and be IT Literate. This is an initial six-month fixed term contact to commence as soon as possible. Due to the current growth, there is strong potential of this role becoming permanent.
