Are you looking for a role that allows you to utilise your excellent organisational skills? We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our Bristol office; you will be providing post-room support to staff within the business.

As an Office Assistant you will be using a variety of skills to provide a vital service to the daily operations of our firm. This can range from processing mail, reprographics and general upkeep of the office, through to liaising with engineers and the setting up of Audio Visual equipment for staff or conferences. No two days will be the same!

What you'll do

As an Office Assistant you will play a key role in our continued success; to achieve this you will deliver the following:

* Collecting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintaining the external office appearance and basic office maintenance
* Ensuring the work place meets with Health & Safety compliance procedures
* Providing support to the reception team in the setting up of meeting rooms/conferences
* Supporting the core business in delivering premier legal services

What we need

This is a busy, challenging but rewarding role, and for you to be successful we need you to demonstrate the following:

* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability and experience of working as part of a team
* Ability to effectively use modern IT and office equipment
* Experience within an administrative function
