Excellent opportunity for a newly qualified employment solicitor to join this top tier national law firm.
You can expect be involved with Advocacy in employment tribunals-Directions Hearings/Preliminary Hearings, preparing and answering discrimination questionnaires, Interlocutory Applications, Witness Statements, Skeleton Arguments etc.
You will also be involved with corporate support work – e.g. advice on TUPE in connection with transactions; advising on indemnities and warranties; due diligence reports for clients. Drafting contracts, policies and procedures; advising clients on what procedures are required.
Strong academics will be required. As will commercial employment experience gained in a large regional or national law firm.
