A specialist Legal Practice with an excellent reputation in the legal market for its Personal Injury (RTA & EL/PL), has an opening for an MOJ Portal Paralegal to join its dedicated in both the RTA and EL/PL teams.
You will play a vital role within the team and your new role will see you taking responsibility for your own caseload of MOJ Portal matters throughout Stage's 1, 2 & 3 of the Portal process, and you will be tasked with working proactively, with minimum supervision.
Having responsibility for your own caseload means that you will have a minimum of 12 months' previous experience handling pre-litigated Personal Injury claims.
