About the role
Role Purpose: Fee earning work for clients combining technical expertise with knowledge of contentious legal matter procedure.
Provide support for business areas covered by CMS Evidence.
Key internal relationships: Product Owner(s) of CMS Evidence, BD, Partners, Fee Earners, IT, Suppliers, Finance.
Provide case specific technical support in a litigation document hosting environment
Responsible for evidence handling, analysis and data loading at a matter level
Provide first level support for CMS Evidence users
Provide matter specific training to internal and external CMS Evidence users
Manage matter setup and monthly billing
Prior law firm, in house legal department or litigation technology company experience working with contentious matters that include document disclosure exercises.
Demonstrable skills with some or all of the following technology platforms: AccessData FTK / Summation Pro; Relativity; other litigation technology platforms including Ringtail, Recommind, Kroll Ontrack Inview, Lextranet.
Strong MS Excel skills and experience with various data manipulation tools to create custom formatted files.
General database skills useful, SQL skills very useful but not essential.
General IT troubleshooting experience.
Completed LPC is desirable but not essential.
