JOB TITLE: Legal Secretary / PA
EXP REQUIRED: 12 months relative experience required
LOCATION: Halesowen (Commutable from: Stourbridge, Smethwick, West Bromwich, Brierley Hill, Oldbury, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove)
This exceptional opportunity will see the successful Legal Secretary / PA join a small but highly regarded Personal Injury / Medical Negligence team in Halesowen. Working closely with the firm's fee earners you will assist with a variety of duties to include but not limited to; document production, compiling timelines, liaising with clients and experts and attending case conferences with fee earners. You will also be responsible for managing the diaries of the team, booking in court hearings, conferences, client meetings and meetings with experts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary looking to join a forward-thinking firm offering development opportunities.
Previous experience in personal injury / medical negligence role is highly desirable but candidates with legal experience in other litigation areas may also be considered. You must be able to work to a high standard with the ability to work under pressure and independently. Suitable Legal Secretaries/ PAs must have excellent communication skills and be willing to deal directly with clients and members of the public. This role would ideally suit a Legal Secretary or PA with previous personal injury or clinical negligence experience looking for more variety in their work, a better work /life balance and the chance to progress.
