A Top 100 Law Firm based in South West London are currently looking to appoint an experienced and self-motivated Legal Secretary. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and dynamic Corporate and Commercial team.
The Legal Secretary role will be in-depth and varied. It will include all the diverse aspects of Secretarial, PA as well as Administrative work. As a direct result, we are not looking for just a typist.
As a Legal Secretary within the corporate and commercial department, core duties will include document production, email management, filing, taking calls, managing client relationships, diary management, updating files, financial support, billing, travel and meeting arrangements, companies house searches and related filings.
It is imperative that you have previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Corporate or Commercial team to be considered for this vacancy. As well as this, you should be organised, be able to work to deadlines, boast excellent communication, strong IT, and document production skills. You should be able to work in a confidential manner and you must have experience within Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected with a minimum typing speed of 60wpm. Experience with digital dictation and document management systems would be preferable.
