Private Client Legal Secretary, Leeds
A leading multi service firm with an excellent reputation across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary for a fantastic opportunity within the private client. Supporting a large team of solicitors and fee earners, you will act as a float across the various areas within private client ie will, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney, tax and estate planning etc.
You will be responsible for audio typing, some document production, fielding calls/emails, filing, archiving, diary management, travel arrangements for senior staff and general administration. You will be able to work on your own initiative as they need a strong secretary who can hit the ground running.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years solid experience as a legal secretary, ideally within private client but this is not an essential requirement. You will have a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm and be highly organised, efficient and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Good knowledge of MS Office packages is an essential requirement.
