Sacco Mann is currently working on an exciting, new opportunity for an Insurance Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm in a superb location in the heart of York.
The successful Insurance Legal Secretary candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience.
Part time will also be considered for this role.
Our client is an ambitious firm with high standards of client care and around 100 members of staff.
Your duties will include preparing documents through audio and copy typing, providing support and guidance to other secretaries, attending to clients both over the phone and in person, being responsible for opening and maintaining files, typing, amending and formatting complex documents, making appointments and arranging meetings and providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Legal Advisors.
The successful candidate must be able to work with initiative, under minimal supervision and to tight timescales with a flexible approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a working knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft Office, digital dictation and CMS.
