With offices in and around the London area, a top, regional law firm is looking for a Legal Secretary within their Family department on an ongoing basis.
Upon joining the firm, you will join their Family department using your skills and experience to support the fee-earners and wider team. Duties of the role include audio typing, dealing with incoming calls, letters and emails, managing diaries and dealing with client queries, there will also be further responsibilities that factor in to your role on a day-by-day basis.
You should be fully trained in secretarial practice; illustrating excellent efficiency in word-processing and audio-typing, and a demonstrable degree of self-management and initiative.
You will be assisting with the workflow with a heavy emphasis on audio typing, therefore a keen eye and the ability to concentrate under pressure is pivotal.
Experience in Family Law is desirable however, my client will consider Secretaries from a Commercial Property background.
