Role: Legal Secretaries (Matrimonial, Child Care, Conveyancing & General)
Salary: £16,000 + benefits (Flexi-time is available)
Location: Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Our client is one of South Yorkshire’s most successful firms, with a presence in Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley. Due to organic growth and continued success, they now have a requirement for additional secretarial staff to assist in the support function of the firm.
Sheffield - General
Rotherham – Matrimonial and Child Care
Barnsley - Conveyancing
On offer here are four fantastic opportunities to work in a supportive and friendly environment. We have positions available within various departments and you will have ideally had legal secretarial experience within similar departments already.
You will be accustomed to typing up dictated works with great accuracy, you will be accustomed to dealing with members of staff at all levels, from junior admin staff to senior fee earners and partners. You will be very well organised, punctual and well-presented. You will also be required to maintain correspondence via email and post, maintain an accurate diary system, create new files and ensure all files are kept up-to-date.
