We recruit for roles which often carry significant strategic importance for our clients and, as such, as a Consultant at BCL Legal you will be managing campaigns which make a major difference to companies and lives.

Who we are looking for
We would love to hear from those currently in recruitment (we are open on sector experience), commerce or the legal profession. Ideally a graduate, you will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and candidates at a senior level in major plcs. In-house legal recruitment often requires a long term approach - it can take a few years of building a relationship with clients before they have a recruitment need. Key attributes are: an engaging personality, an interest in commerce, a strong work ethic and an honest approach.
