Purpose

The Legal Project Management team are looking to recruit an administrator who will be able to support the Legal Project Managers on a number of large, complex matters. Tasks include but are not limited to data analysis, review of narratives, data entry tasks and assisting with other ad hoc requests. The LPM team are looking for an individual who has good attention to detail, is diligent and hard working. This role will be key in enabling the project management team to support a larger number of matters and to deliver efficiency benefits more widely across the firm.

Key responsibilities and challenges

• Data analysis on matters to understand whether changes need to be made before sharing information with the client
• Reviewing billing narratives to meet the criteria as set out by clients through client engagement terms
• Assessing engagement terms to understand the client engagement and any specific requirements, sharing this knowledge with LPM and matter team as instructed
• Liaising with Lawyers to gather input and feedback on matters
• Data entry tasks
