Legal PA

Manchester City Centre

 

 

Working for a large Commercial Law Firm in a dynamic and fun team, the Legal PA role will provide support to Partners, Solicitors & Fee Earners within the areas of Commercial, Real Estate & Corporate.

 

Typically the role will include:

  • Diary Management
  • Email Management
  • Meeting and travel arrangements
  • Taking calls
  • Amending documents
  • Audio typing (digital dictation)
  • Preparing powerpoint presentations
  • Proof reading
  • General correspondence

 

To be considered you should have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, PA or Administrator. A knowledge of Corporate, Commercial or Real Estate would be an advantage. You should have excellent IT skills and a proactive attitude.  

 

The role would be full time based in Manchester City Centre.

 

Salary depending on experience.
