An experienced residential conveyancing lawyer, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer is sought to join a well known accredited and award winning law firm in East Devon.

The role would encompass travel in any of the firm's 4 offices across East Devon.

You will join a busy and expanding property department and this is a great opportunity for someone looking for high quality residential property work in a firm that values excellent client service.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years experience with the ability to handle your own caseload with minimum supervision. You will be expected to undertake a variety of residential conveyancing matters such as advising clients on buying and selling properties, transfers of equity, shared ownership and remortgages.

The firm offer a competitive salary dependant on experience with additional benefits and 28 days holiday. This is a permanent full or part time position.
