Mack Legal are exclusively recruiting for a Legal Counsel to join a highly entrepreneurial market leader within the asset management renewables sector.  Due to the ongoing success and forecasted growth our client requires a Legal Counsel to support and lead the legal affairs of this business, reporting into and working closely with the General Counsel.

As a growth business this position offers tremendous scope and career progression.  The long term potential of this opportunity is exceptionally attractive.  As Legal Counsel you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, compliance and regulatory matters, data protection and ensuring that certain parts of the business operates within the restrictions of debt finance.
