My client is a modern well- established legal call-centre based in Preston, Lancashire who are well known for their excellent customer service. Due to expansion they are currently seeking candidates who hold Business to Consumer experience (B2C) within the motor claims sector.
Overall, this happens to be an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual wishing to join a fantastic contact centre and progress their career as an Administrator.
The office has excellent transport links and provides on-site parking.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience within B2C environment dealing with Motor Claims
• Excellent telephone manner
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Superb time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a busy team.
• Location: Preston, Lancashire
• Salary range (DOE): £15,000 - £16,000
• Job type: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday–Thursday (11:00am-7:00pm), Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
