Key Responsibilities

My client is looking for a strong candidate to work within their Residential Team in Swansea.

We are looking for a true team player who can assist with both fee-earning and support tasks, to maximise the operational efficiency of the team whilst delivering high standards of legal work and client care.

The role will involve supporting a Conveyancer with case handling / management duties and providing assistance within a team environment, which include;

  • Assisting a residential conveyancer with the day-to-day running of their caseload
  • You will be a Paralegal / Legal Assistant with at least 6 months experience working in Residential Property
  • You will be used to handling files from initial instruction through to completion, covering every part of the conveyancing process
  • You will have support but you should be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to meet tight deadlines

Although supervised, as an experienced handler you will have the autonomy to progress files to conclusion.
