The Opportunity;
Slater and Gordon are currently recruiting for an Administrator with good communication and administration skills to join our Serious and Specialist Personal Injury team in Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career in an administration role for an industry leading firm. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience in a professional environment. Your day to day responsibilities will be to provide support as an administrator, this will include;

Preparing letters and printing documentation

*

Typing and data entry

*

Answering incoming calls on behalf of the team

* Arranging meetings and maintaining files
* Providing administrative support to the team
* Maintaining files from opening to archiving
* Effectively handling post (incoming, outgoing and filing)

About you;

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
* Good academics
* A willingness to learn
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Able to work on own initiative
* Ability to cope with tight deadlines
