My client is a modern well- established legal call-centre based in Preston, Lancashire who are well known for their excellent customer service. Due to expansion they are currently seeking candidates who hold Business to Consumer experience (B2C) within the motor claims sector.
Additional to the basic salary, excellent perks and a bonus structure is provided by the management team. The office has excellent transport links and provides on-site parking.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience within B2C environment dealing with Motor Claims
Excellent telephone manner
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Superb time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a busy team.
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary range (DOE): £15,000 - £16,000
Job type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday (11:00am-7:00pm), Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
