We are very keen to appoint a skilled commercial property lawyer preferably with some experience and/or an interest in property development work. If you would like to feel the freedom of getting involved in advising major development companies on all aspects of their business then we would like to hear from you.
A rich mixture of property development work – site assembly and acquisition; planning, options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements etc;
Large commercial mixed-use developments comprising some of the most important sites in London and the South as well as acting for some of the country’s leading housebuilders with contact at the most senior level;
Taking smaller property companies and individuals through the acquisition and development process and providing real hands-on commercial advice and assistance.
At least 3 to 4 year’s good relevant experience in a UK legal practice but we are interested in candidates who also have greater length of experience;
Takes their role and career seriously, works meticulously and thinks how you do the job is every bit as important as the outcome;
Must have commercial ability and a desire to give commercial advice – we are not interested in candidates who simply wish to follow a conveyancing process;
Prefers quality to quantity;
Wants to work on significant property development deals;
Likes the idea of working in a small fantastically skilled environment;
Wants to build something of their own to be proud of but who is also a strong team member and wants to develop their practice in a positive fast growing environment.
