Working within our Costs Team based in London you will be assisting fee earners and other Law Costs Draftspersons in the firm with the preparation of Statement of Costs for Summary Assessment (N260's), Costs Budgets (Precedent H) and Formal Bills of Costs. You will also be required to negotiate and settle claims for costs on the best possible terms and maximise costs recovery. We are ideally looking for someone who has a successful track record in personal injury costs recovery and who has experience of costs budgeting and dealing with Detailed Assessment proceedings in both fast and multi-track matters.
