We are working with a law firm based in the City of London, they are seeking a junior legal secretary. You will have completed your legal secretarial qualifications and have some good experience working within a law firm. You will be working closely with attorneys at all levels and be a key member of the team. This will be an involved and busy legal secretarial position organising travel, typing and amending documents, photocopying, answering calls, meeting and greeting clients, organsing lunches and other administrative duties as and when required.
The firm would like candidates who have a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. As a legal secretary you will have experience formatting large documents, a good level of spelling and grammar, a typing speed of 50WPM and generally be a good team player. The client requires that education wise you must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above including Maths and English.
