JB10732  Recruitment Manager At Global Law Firm – c£70k

 

We are currently looking to find an experienced and talented Recruitment Manager to join this growing, dynamic City based law firm.

Because this will be covering a maternity leave (13 month Fixed Term Contract) this isn’t a “step up” role, they need someone who already has solid experience running the recruitment team of a large, commercial law firm – although they will consider candidates who have gained this experience in a large accountants or other similar commercial environments.

This is a hands-on role where you will be fully involved in recruitment, especially at the senior end, and the operational side of talent acquisition & management across the whole London office as well as some of the European ones.

Additionally you will be managing a team of experienced recruitment advisors that each look after a particular area within the firm.

This will be a busy but rewarding role within a brilliant team and reporting directly into the Global HR Director.

CIPD isn’t required but a demonstrable background of recruiting across the board for a commercial, professional services firm is essential.

Unfortunately they are not looking for a recruitment consultant looking to move in-house, they are only considering candidates with relevant experience.
