Insolvency Solicitor

Our client is a long-standing commercial law firm in Manchester and continues to be a major player in the local market attracting talent who want to experience the fresh approach and culture that this firm offers.

There are few places like it and it continues to promote and support cross selling and personal business development which gives a real sense of direction for your career. Couple that with it being an enjoyable place to work and you have a real recipe for longevity and success.

The Insolvency team is well embedded in the market and provides a full breadth of insolvency experience both contentious and non-contentious. Predominantly they will act for IPs, Companies and Directors in all aspects of recoveries, restructuring and turnaround.

To support the existing structure of the team they are looking to recruit an additional lawyer. They are looking at someone with upwards of  3 years experience with a broad exposure to both corporate and personal insolvency ideally someone with a breadth of connections with IPs and managers.

If you are an insolvency looking for something hands on and with a means to push forwards with clients and your career then send your CV to Paul Warburton or contact us for a confidential discussion.
