The opportunity;

Slater and Gordon are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to work as part of a busy internal resourcing team and provide end- to-end recruitment support firm wide. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive recruitment professional possessing agency or previous In-house experience (or ideally both) to join us at our flagship offices in the heart of the city centre.

Responsibilities;

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will take responsibility for recruiting for a variety of roles, within multiple disciplines across our regional offices. To include;

*

Developing & implementing initiatives for recruiting a diverse range of talent into the firm

*

Managing the full cycle recruitment process to meet staffing needs at all levels

*

Working with managers to understand vacancy requirements and consulting on attraction and selection methods.

*

Working to the best possible cost and timescale outcomes

*

Resourcing of candidates using a mix of sourcing methods including Social Media recruiting in order to provide the highest calibre of candidates and best service standards possible

*

Selection to include Assessment events, telephone and face-to-face interviewing

*

Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System

*

Providing MI information

*

Agency management

What we are looking for;

*

A proven background in recruitment, gained within a similar in-house role or recruitment agency.

*

The ability to recruit all levels and across a variety of specialisms; ideally legal but not essential.

*

The ability to attract talent using a variety of direct sourcing methods including social media recruiting such as LinkedIn.

*

Experience in selection to include phone based and face-to-face interviewing

*

Up to date knowledge of relevant employment legislation

*

Strong relationship management skills

*

The ability to influence whilst providing support and guidance

*

Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems

*

Excellent organisational skills must be able to multi task and be highly motivated!
