Mack Legal are exclusively working with a rapidly expanding energy company based in the South West who are looking to appoint a commercial property lawyer to support their senior management team and funders.

The role

Reporting into the CEO you will take the lead on all legal matters for the company with the predominate focus being on property law. You will have extensive contact with clients and external advisors, drafting and negotiating terms and a range of legal contracts (including option and lease agreements, exclusivity agreements, deeds of variation, easements/wayleaves, construction contracts and service agreements).


This is an ideal position for a commercial property lawyer currently working in private practice or in-house who is looking to join a fast paced entrepreneurial company where you can take on a broader commercial role. With significant investment and growth planned there is excellent scope for career development.
