This multi-national technology company is recruiting for an in-house commercial contracts lawyer. 

It is likely that you will have a minimum of three years PQE (or equivalent) in commercial law, specifically drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of contracts but preferably within software licensing and technology legal work.

You will be comfortable working in a stand-alone role and liaising at a senior level with board members in the uk and abroad.
