This dynamic, progressive fin-tech is recruiting for a commercial contracts solicitor to join their in-house legal team.

You will likely have a minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent) gained in-house and/or within private practice.

As part of a dedicated team, you will be required to prepare and negotiate contractual arrangements, including outsourcing agreements, software licences, cloud services agreements, digital marketing agreements, variation agreements and renewals. Partner with the Tech/IT department and provide legal advice, including on IT/IP and Data Protection. Advise on data protection and intellectual property aspects of contracts.
