CORPORATE BENEFITS PACKAGE

My client, a fast growing publicly listed communications organisation seeks to appoint a lawyer to be the in-house General Counsel. The position carries significant responsibility and autonomy and can be based at either in the City of London offices or Berkshire.

The role will be of a broad range including commercial contract , corporate, intellectual and real property and a significant regulatory element.

To be considered you will have qualified with an upper-tier law firm or equivalent and will have had significant experience of advising on telecoms and telecoms-related matters. With a track record of working with senior management, sales, technical and other staff in negotiating and drafting complex agreements; a pragmatic commercial outlook ; and be able to give clear and unambiguous advice . Experience of telecoms contracts; telecoms regulation; handling commercial and regulatory disputes; and familiarity with M&A processes and issues would be desirable.
