Float Secretary - Dorset
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within an expanding and dynamic firm. They are looking to recruit a permanent, full time Float Secretary that will work in all of their offices (Charminster, Poole, Swanage and Ringwood). The salary is negotiable based upon experience.

The main duties of the Float Secretary would involve: audio typing, processing documents, communicating with clients, diary management and general secretarial/administrative duties and support. This will mainly be in conveyancing although other practice areas may also feature in the role.
The successful Float Secretary will:
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Legal Secretary (ideally with conveyancing)
* Have excellent written and spoken English
* Be competent and knowledgeable of legal practices and procedures
* Have good IT skills
