An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious family solicitor to join the family department of this full service practice. 

Ideally the family solicitor will be a member of Resolution. 

There is an existing caseload but the successful family solicitor will have a proven track record in business development and be keen to play a pivotal role in driving this department forward.

The firm advise on all aspects of family and matrimonial law including; 

  • Separation;
  • Divorce;
  • Negotiating Financial settlements;
  • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements;
  • Disputes involving children;
  • Cohabitation;
  • Dissolution of civil partnerships; and,
  • Emergency applications, variations and enforcement.

The team has experience multi million pound divorce settlements involving business assets, foreign property and pension sharing.
