About the Role

Working in a tight-knit team you will be dealing with the day to day management of all facilities requirements, providing a high quality and efficient reprographics service including scanning and binding for the Oxford office. You will also assist with the storage, maintenance and archiving of deeds/wills and probate files using a computerised system. Responsibilities will include:

* Providing scanning and reprographics services for all departments
* Covering post room duties on a daily basis
* Ordering of stationary, lighting and other consumables
* Responding to and investigating breakdowns or fault
* Contacting and arranging maintenance /repair of services where required
* Assist in the planning and execution of office moves
* Managing the storeroom and control of rubbish/recycling and kitchen standards
* Cover the internal online Facilities Helpdesk
* Reception cover during lunch when required
* Inputting of data onto the Royds Withy King Strongroom database
* Liaising with offsite storage for delivery and collection of archived files
* Assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining Health & Safety records

About You

Skills & Experience:

* A knowledge and previous experience of bulk reprographics and scanning
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs, A-C including English and Maths
* Previous experience of working within a legal environment is desirable
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage a busy workload
* Focused on delivering excellent client service
