ENFRANCHISEMENT SOLICITOR

Our client has a thriving property department and within that a niche leasehold enfranchisement offering.  The leasehold enfranchisement offering has gone from strength to strength and the flow of instructions is such as to demand the appointment of a further solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to add strength and depth to the existing offering.

The head of department is very approachable and down to earth and you will benefit from clear career progression as well as a highly competitive remuneration package.

You will undertake a varied and interesting caseload which will include advising on:

  • Lease Extensions of both flats and houses (including issuing/opposing and conducting proceedings in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal as well as the County Court)
  • Enfranchisement Claims
  • Right to Manage claims both voluntary and statutory including 1967 Act as well as 1987 Act and 1993 Act claims:
  • The Right of First Refusal

A following is not required as our client has plenty of work but at this level of seniority you will be expected to have an existing network of contacts and be committed to the development of the team.  You will be given every support in taking an active role in business development initiatives.  This is the perfect platform from which to carve out your future career.
