Employment Solicitor or Legal Exec - Liverpool

The firm is longstanding in Liverpool and has historically had a focus on matters for the individual. Increasingly they have focussed and seen great scope within commercial disciplines principally targeted at local business in the OMB and SME space.

The firm is very down to earth and friendly and places great emphasis on providing commercial advice working alongside their business clients as true advisers.

The employment team is small but undertakes a range of contentious and non-contentious work for a mix of both Claimant, Respondent and business clients so exposure to a broad mix will be advantageous but a solely exclusive Claimant background can also be considered.

Above all you will need to be confident and able to communicate to all levels of client. Equally you will have a genuine desire to be pro-actively involved in business development in order to both promote the department and seek to attract new business. Whether that be attending business networking events or providing a hands on client service.
