Our client is a boutique law firm specialising in HR and employment law. They work with employers,employees,HR consultancies and law firms without employment law departments.
They seek to recruit a senior associate who can demonstrate a track record as an effective employment lawyer dealing with a mixed workload of claimant and respondent matters.
Ideally with a minimum of 4 years pqe, you should be ambitious and tenacious, with the desire and ability to advance rapidly to profit sharing status by delivering agreed level of support to existing clients and the establishment and have a pro-active to business development in order to attract new clients to the business.
