BCL Legal are currently instructed on a role for a junior employment Solicitor to join our client's employment team in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a broad spectrum of employment instructions advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters, on complex strategic and organisational issues as well as the corporate aspects of disposals, mergers and acquisitions.
The team's expertise includes unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and other employment-related claims, non-contentious advice in relation to contracts, policies, procedures and restrictive covenants, executive severance and TUPE advice in mergers and acquisitions.
They act for high-growth businesses, FTSE-listed national and international organisations and public institutions and has considerable experience in the recruitment and sports sectors. The team recently acted for a large online retail business to provide advice on employee-related issues (including executive severance issues) arising from a large-scale business restructuring.
They are looking for someone who has a willingness to embrace team working and a 'one firm' attitude and dedication to client service.
