A national Legal 500 firm with a strong presence in the Manchester market is looking for an employment solicitor to join a highly qualified team.
My client offers highly competitive salaries and strong routes of progression due to the size and reputation of the practice as it continues to grow the Manchester team, and offers a fast-paced working environment with a good company culture.
The role of employment solicitor will involve handling a large caseload of claimant employment matters. The case load itself will be varied and offer various levels of complexity, and will involve a lot of work with trade unions.
The ideal candidate for the position will have at least three years of post-qualification experience within employment law with experience of claimant files specifically. Trade union experience will be highly regarded, and my client is keen to see solicitors with a high achieving academic background who has worked for similarly reputable firms.
