My client is looking to recruit an employment solicitor to join their Bristol office reporting to the partner and head of department.
The successful candidate will be able to handle a varied caseload comprised of contentious and non-contentious matters. In particular, they would have strong experience in collective staff exercises including redundancy, business reorganisations and TUPE transfers.
The ideal candidate will also be able to support the Corporate team on transactional work and handle all day to day HR matters such as disciplinary & grievances, absence management and discrimination issues as well as business protection matters such as restrictive covenants and confidential information. Experience with trade union matters and business immigration is also desirable, but not essential.
My client is willing to consider applications from a broad range of PQE and build the role around the right candidate.
