A highly respected Legal 500 Firm is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Employment Lawyer to join the department where you will be working closely with 2 well-respected Partners within Employment Law.
The Employment team provides a complete service to their Clients dealing with all aspects of the employment relationship - from recruitment to retirement.
They are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate lawyer to join the team in Cambridge to work on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a range of clients from institutions to owner managed businesses.
The Firm will consider CVs from NQ up to 3 years PQE where you will have the following skills:
A mixture of contentious and non-contentious work
Employment experience with the ability to deliver day-to-day employment advice on all employment issues, employment litigation and the employment aspects of corporate and project support work
You will possess a sound technical understanding of employment law and demonstrate a commercial and common sense approach to issues. You should also be keen to develop your marketing and business development skills as well as being involved in seminars, training, tenders and other similar marketing activities. The ability to work to deadlines within a challenging environment and to work as part of a team, be confident, personable and self-motivated are essential for this role.
