Exceptional opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join an expanding commercial practice in a key role.
My client is a leading regional practice which has developed a reputation for providing high quality legal advice to commercial clients, ranging from local owner-managed businesses through to multi-million pound turnovers PLCs. Due to increasing levels of instructions the firm is seeking to expand its Legal 500-recognised employment offering, working as a key lynchpin between more junior solicitors and the Head of Employment law.
Likely to have at least 5yrs PQE or equivalent experience, the firm is seeking a robust lawyer who has experience of dealing with both the litigious and non-contentious aspects of employment as the firm advises extensively on both, from dealing with large scale restructuring through to advising senior executives on high end severance matters. The role will be very much client-facing so as well as having a strong technical background you will also have a personable approach, able to advise on matters ranging from discrimination claims through to TUPE in a clear and consistent manner.
Candidates who are also able to provide guidance on corporate immigration matters will be of particular interest, although this is not a prerequisite.
