We have been asked by one of our key clients to assist in the recruitment of a technically strong, commercial focussed and ambitious employment associate to be based in South Manchester. The team is Legal 500 rated and offers great quality commercial clients, a fantastic working environment and long term career prospects.
The client base is a mix of those based locally and national consisting mainly of SME and blue chip organisations. As such, an employment solicitor seeking a move from a firm with a similarly high quality commercial client base will fit well into the employment team.
They offer a broad range of respondent employment law services (both contentious and non-contentious) including directors agreements, employment contracts, business transfers/ TUPE etc, employment litigation, restrictive covenants, redundancies, disciplines/ grievances and general corporate support.
The Head of Department is looking for commercially minded candidates with the technical and communication skills required to provide a high level of client service. An interest in assisting in the further development of the employment department is also essential.
