Specialist Domestic Violence Solicitor : Buckinghamshire : Permanent : £24 - £28k

An interesting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Solicitor with a passion for representing victims of domestic violence.

Our client, a specialist Family Practice in Buckinghamshire, is looking for someone with the experience and ambition to lead their Emergency Protection Department. Your primary responsibilities will include representing victims of domestic violence, taking cases to court and securing non-molestation orders. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of the department, to include liaising regularly with third parties such as refuges, and carrying out all necessary administration.

This position would suit a newly qualified Solicitor who has trained in domestic violence, or a Solicitor with more experience in the field and looking for a new challenge.

The successful candidate must be organised and adopt an empathetic approach with clients. You must have access to a car as you will be required to travel on a regular basis.
