My client is looking for a Costs Draftsperson to join their Clinical Negligence department at their Liverpool City Centre. The Clinical Negligence team is highly regarded and is ranked in the Top Tier in the Legal 500. The Clinical Negligence department has expertise in high value birth and neurological claims, amputations, spinal injury, paraplegia and cerebral palsy.
As a Costs Draftsperson, you will manage your own complex, high value multi-track caseload. Your main responsibilities will include drafting points of dispute, schedules of costs, bills of costs/budgets, negotiating costs to settlement and ideally attending CCMCs/detailed assessment hearings if required.
