This regional law firm is looking to recruit a corporate paralegal to join their Derby office.

You will need to have previous experience working within a corporate team in either private practice or in-house. You must have achieved a law degree with a preference for those who have completed the legal practice course.

You will work on a wide range of corporate matters and duties will include; preparing and reviewing corporate transactional documents as well as providing assistance to senior members.
