This multi-national organisation are recruiting for a newly created role for that of a Corporate (M&A) Counsel.

You will be heading up corporate activity across UK, EMEA and APAC regions and will therefore need to have significant M&A experience, preferably gained in-house.

The suitable candidate will be a qualified UK Solicitor or Barrister with strong academic background and professional training with a reputable law firm or business.

Significant experience required of corporate and company law.  Qualitative experience of the following: Acquisitions & Disposals, Joint ventures, Corporate re-structuring, Complex internal stakeholder management experience, Management of external lawyers, at both a transactional and relationship level, Transaction management skills, Supervision / managerial experience, Cross border M&A transactional experience.

Key benefits include: £6300 car allowance, £850 Bupa medical cover and maximum 30% bonus per year.

The role could be based in the East Midlands or London. A home-working element would also be supported.
