A regional firm with multiple offices and great personality is keen to consolidate and grow its conveyancing offering in one of its offices outside Ashton.
As such, the well-established practice in question is looking for a conveyancing team manager to mentor and organise the existing conveyancing team. You will report directly to and work closely with the head of conveyancing whilst handling a varied case load of residential conveyancing files.
The ideal candidate for the position will be an experienced conveyancing fee earner or solicitor with experience managing or mentoring a team of conveyancers of varying levels of experience. You will be completely confident with all types of residential matters and be able to provide technical guidance for more complex matters that come into the department.
This is a fantastic role that strikes the right balance between management and fee earning, based in a friendly regional office that's offering career longevity and progression.
