My Client is an established East Midlands based Legal 500 Solicitors who are looking for an enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team based in the Derby area.
This role will be for a candidate with some general Conveyancing experience working in a similar role or as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Secretary.
The Role will include:
Being the first point of contact for clients and agents over the telephone in some cases face to face situations.
Supporting Fee Earners/Solicitors with administration duties.
Acting as main point of contact for conveyancers, assisting to manager diaries and taking meetings.
Liaising with clients and agents to help progress cases such as Property purchases.
Quoting for conveyancing services.
Scanning and collecting post.
General administration duties as and when required ¿ helping to type legal documents etc
Conveyancing Knowledge is required.
Enthusiastic and able to work well under pressure.
Confident in dealing with clients and senior level staff.
Hard working and diligent.
